INDIAN RINGNECK PARROT : Indian Ringneck is classified as a smaller parrot known as a parakeet. These birds have a hooked beak, a long tail, and are smaller in size compared to most parrots. These parrots are about 16 inches in length and they have a stealthy appearance that sets them apart from most exotic birds.Indian Ringnecks are green with undertones of blue that can be seen during overcast days. These parrots have yellow feathers underling their wings and tail. Both males and females look very similar; however, the male has a black ring around his neck. His ring is highlighted with turquoise, pink, and blue. Although the female may not exhibit the impressive ring of the male, many Indian Ringneck enthusiasts will argue a slight green ring is visible.

GREY INDIAN RINGNECK : The grey Indian Ringneck is charcoal colored and showcases many shades of grey. These stunning colored parrots are popular.A mature male will showcase his ring at around 18 months. The ring on him is black and white. The female does not have a ring; however, she looks just as stunning. Both male and female have yellow and black eyes. Young immature grey Indian Ringnecks will have dark eyes until around 7 months.

LUTINO INDIAN RINGNECK :
The lutino Indian ringneck is a common mutation of the traditional Indian ringneck parakeet. This particular ringneck parakeet has beautiful yellow feathers with pink eyes and a red beak. The male lutino ringneck has a lovely distinctive rose colored ring around its neck. Both the male and the female lutino have flesh colored feet and legs. The lifespan of the lutino ringneck is about 25 years and this bird breeds in spring, producing about 4 to 5 eggs at a time. The bird has two large tail feathers which make up the bulk of its 40 cm size. The color mutation of the lutino Indian ringneck makes this species a popular choice among pet owners. Breeders of the lutino ringneck have also paired the lutino with blue Indian ringneck parakeets resulting in an astonishing albino range of ringnecks. The albino ringneck does not have any color pigments, therefore its feathers are a stunning pure white. The albino ringneck results from the blocking of melanin deposits and the conversion of lipochromes when the lutino and the blue ringneck are inter-bred.

BLUE INDIAN RINGNECK :
Blue Indian Ringnecks are very popular mutation. In fact, they are the most sought after mutation. Blue ringnecks have been around in the market for a long time and the prices are pretty much about the same as a green ringneck. The females are light blue and have slightly darker shades of blue throughout their bodies. A male ringneck is the same color but will have a black and white ring around his neck. All have dark red beaks and the typical yellow and black ringneck eyes.
